Lovely photos! How do you have both pink and blue hydrangea in your garden? We rarely see pink since we have such acidic soil! If we want pink we have to put them in pots and add lots of lime!
@Karin / Southern Meadows If I want blue, I add a bit of sulphur to the soil. If I want pink, I add a bit of lime to the soil. If I don't do anything, I usually get a purple or lavender.
what a wonderful place to be swimming...such gorgeous colors...love the blue hydrangea..actually was able to get one to turn blue finally this year....
@Donna I wish I really were swimming in those petals...seems like such a special place to be. I usually try to get them to turn blue, but this year I have been experimenting to get other colors. Some of those lavenders and purples are amazing.
