Roses for Valentine's Day
Roses for Valentine's Day.
The petal maze of a rose seems unending, spiraling into infinity.
Hues of magenta wrap around a rosebud to encapsulate a magical surprise...
A blush of pink unfolds a sense of mystery.
And when all is revealed, an enigma remains.
Life is the flower for which love is the honey. --Victor Hugo

Roses are so beautiful. There's a reason these flowers have captivated so many people for so long.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you posted that Victor Hugo quote. Do you know that I got that in my fortune cookie not long ago? I kept it because I thought it was a nice sentiment, but I'm glad to have a real attribution for it now.
Happy Valentine's Day!
